Does anybody have an email address for support or do they just ignore everyone and make it impossible to get anything done or questions found out?

ATT does not seem to care how long you sit on hold, they will not furnish an email address for customer service, Customer satisfaction is not something they are concerned with. Someone will probably give you an email address for Alex, he is supposed to be the catchall for all problems, I guess. Do a search for Alex and you can come up with the link, otherwise as far as ATT is concerned, you are on your own.
