I am at&T U-verse internet customer. As per my current contract, my At & T current bill is supposed to be 34.95. But the bill that posted this month is 56.57$. This keeps happening every month. I need to call each and every month to fix it. This is really frustrating.
This month inspite of calling and then the promise from the customer support representative that it will not happen in future, My card was charged 56.57$. Please Please rectify this as soon as possible and ensure that it does not happen again. If this continues, i need to think about switching the vendor

Ever enter into a contract with full intentions of holding up your end of the bargain? I took advantage of one of the U-Verse promos as well and, like you, I was never billed correctly. Hopefully, they fix it for you. Learn from me. You will have to grin and bear it until your contract is up, no matter what they bill you. In my case the termination fee was the same as the remaining service.
I did called for adjustments multiple times and two hours later, I was made whole. The third time (that I got through), I finally gave up and cancelled the service after confirming there was no cancellation fee. Two months later I receive my cancellation bill that was almost as much as the remaining service. Not sure how it works out that they can charge a different rate from the agreed upon fee and still enforce the termination clause for an agreement. Don't both parties have to execute their side of the agreement for it to be valid? I was told ATT policy was no. Wonderful customer service.
