I have no idea if this is the right place to post this, but I received some really excellent service via the online chat to fix a problem with my tv. What is the best way to go about notifying ATT about this service to make sure that the person gets recognized for their efforts? I didn't receive an email survey or anything but I still have the person's user name written down. Any help is appreciated, or let me know if there's a better place to post this question. Thanks!

Glad you got good service!
To my knowledge, AT&T has no mechanism set up for feedback on their service efforts other than a phone survey or perhaps an e-mail survey. If you do happen to receive one, you can comment there.
Other than that, the only thing I can tell you is that while this is a peer-to-peer forum (i.e. customers helping customers), AT&T does read the posts here and your comment may be passed along.

Welcome to the forum! Nice that you want to compliment good service. You can look up the address and name of company officers on the ATT corporate web site http://www.att.com/gen/investor-relations?pid=5711 . I'm sure they would be glad to receive positive feedback, since most of the time people only bother to write when they're mad!
