I'll admit, I had my doubts in the begining, but color me corrected.
I believe a formal recognition of ATTAlex's effort on this forum are due. He must be burning up the keyboards replying to all the PMs we've been directing to him, and I've even seen some positive post-backs, thanks to his intervention.
So, keep up the good work Alex.

Alex thanks for helping all of the people we send to you. I was a little skeptical at first but I referred people to you any way. You have proven to be a valuable asset to this forum. Good job Alex.

I must agree. Alex is a valuable resource to the forums and the AT&T U-verse customer who he's been helping.
Nice!

Alex does a great job helping users, but don't forget Jam. Julie and Delia that jump in when Alex isn't around too.
Would be nice to know when the CM/CSs are going to be gone for any extended period so we can route requests to others. ![]()
