I wanted to post a message for all to see to thank you for all the assistance you have provided me regarding the changes in user names!
Your actions went above and beyond and I hope your supervisors and managers understand and appreciate how tuned you are to AT&T customer concerns.
To say the user name changes were confusing to me would be an understatement. I think that this was in part due to the fact that I have UVerse TV, Internet, land phone, and cell phone service all from AT&T and I had been stuck with many different logins and user names.
I certainly hope that the structure of the new board will allow for simplification of the process and an end to the confusion on my part. As I have said earlier, perhaps a little more up front information on the complications of such changes could have minimized the confusion.
