What does this mean?

So, I was trying to post a new message in the Lounge and when I hit the submit button, I got this page and the message failed to post.   Authentication Failed.

Authentication Ticket Mismatched, failed authentication.

I have seen that error a few times before.  I usually close the message and try reposting.  I think I even had to retype a post but then the post went through.  ???

I got it this week, but before it gave me that when I posted, a banner came up something like 'The request you made failed'.  I didn't request anything (actually it was trying to save for the load option) , was just typing a message, then the faild authenicatin message showed up at the top and again when I tried to post. 

Luckily I could just go back into the same mesage and reply and could load my message upto when the failed request message came up.
