I noticed the "Insert emoticon" box looked a little strange yesterday and it's even worse today.
I'm using FF 7 and just cleared my cache which didn't make any difference.
Maybe there are too many emoticons crammed into a box that is too small? I've noticed for the past month or so the yellow smilies aren't even round anymore.

Yeah SJ, normally closing the emoticon box down and opening it back up normally clears the problem. But not this time and I see the same thing I posted in my screen shot every time it opens.

It's why I have just learned to type them out. 
On XP/IE8 (old laptop) I was getting little boxes and picture place-holder icons for the missing emoticons (like what you see when waiting for a gallery picture to be approved). I think it is because they're trying to add some new ones as the ones that are missing are ones I don't seem to remember being available previously.
