This morning I was awakened by several phone calls and voice mails from a Uverse customer service representative named Khalid that were intended for a different customer. In one of the voice mails you can even hear the agent talking to the customer and giving her phone number with a completely different area code than mine.
The agent did call and apologize but it is annoying to get 6 voice mails and a barrage of phone calls.
When I call Uverse now it says there is an order on my account. I didn't call and ask for any kind of support.
I called to let someone know and the agent I spoke to, Bob, put me on hold. He said he would put me in touch with a manager but instead he told me to email firstname.lastname@example.org. I tried to and that email address doesn't work. I got an email back with an error saying "551 551 not our customer (state 13)."
Can someone please help me? I don't know who I'm supposed to contact or what to do.
