We need more than that. Please post the IP/Profile, Bitloading, and Coax/HPNA tabs as well. If the Coax/HPNA tab tells you to run the extended test, do that, then restart UVRT and save the Coax/HPNA screenshot for posting.

I'm not sure what the physical issue is, but there appears to be something that's not right with your line. The max rate is too low for your distance. This usually is an indication of a bridge tap, but I don't see anything on the bitloading graph to confirm that. Although there are a few places where it looks like there's interference.
On top of that, the error table doesn't look good either.
You should call technical support, have them send a premises tech to your house to check the line. He should open a helper ticket with the Installation and Maintenance group (I&M), which are the linesmen, to come find out what's going on with the line.
By the way, you might also want to upgrade to the newest version of UV Realtime. v1.9.1 fixes many bugs.

not only does the tv freeze, but i seeem to lose service, have to resent the box at least once a day (2-3 times a week at least). and if someone is watching tv in living room, i can't watch recorded tv in bedroom as it freeze frames constantly.
