I do my billing based on how long I talk to each client, my Nokia Lumina does not show the duration time of the call. Does anyone know how to get this information without waiting for the monthly statement?

It's not supported in the current version - no idea if its addressed in the next one, either.

There do not appear to be any ways for a developer to get that information, either - which would explain why its not available anywhere (yet.)

It is a commonly requested feature.
