Internet Sharing blocked on HTC TITAN II

Hi,

I received a HTC TITAN II as a gift. I live outside the USA and am planning on using it as my daily device. It works fine on my home network, even 4G runs just fine. I can not use Internet Sharing because I need to dial 611 (cannot dial that number from here). Is there any way to unlock this so I can use this feature on my home network in Europe ?

On AT&T locked devices, this is a carrier provisioned feature. You would need to contact at&t - you can call their 10 digit contact us number.
