Jack Full Replacement Kit?

I just got off the phone with the at&t rep to try and get a replacement battery. She said that they cant send them out but she will send out a full replacement kit with a phone, charger, battery, and etc. Just wondering if the phone and all will be a refurb or brand new like I bought the original?

     It will be a refurbished set, battery replacement while under 1 year old is supposed to be done through the maker directly or through a corporate owned AT&T store (as long as they carry that battery still).

I got a brand new set, everything in a New unopened Jack Box. Everything in box was brand spanking new.

Did your new phone have WM6.5 and if so can you connect to Mobile Web? I'm exchanging my brand new Jack today that i just got last week because of this issue. I spent 4 hours total on the phone with AT&T and Samsung with no resolution.

Ya it came with 6.5 which I hate but Ill just deal with it. I dont have a data plan and Java Apps dont work with WIFI so I cant help you with the Mobile Web issue. If I switch SIMs with someone in my family this week I will try and see if Mobile Web works.
