I use MS Outlook through Exchange. MY phone has bluetooth and wifi on at all times. When ever I am running around -- in and out of wi-fi spots, jumping in the car for bluetooth, etc. my email stops updating. I can push the synch button and it says synching but it doesn't. I have had to turn the phone off and then on - and then everything is fine.
Yesterday I had to do this 5 or 6 times.
If I were just to be sitting here at my desk all day -- this does not seem to happen -- it does seem related to switching locations.
All other data connections seem to work - i.e. - the mail will not synch but I am still able to browse, etc.
Anyone else experiencing this.... getting a little annoying. Called Nokia support and they will escalate it to "level 2" but that obviously takes 24-48 hours for them to call me back (not a good system, imho).
Thanks.

It doesn't seem to be limited to email from Exchange, I've noticed it with my Exchange account as well as my Live Mail accounts. I also did notice that the phone takes longer than usual to shut down after I run into this.

Yes I agree -- it does take longer to shut down after this occurs. And I haven't heard a word back from Nokia.......
hmmm.....
