New 900 Owner

Hi ,

Just got my 900 via mail today..I purchased it off eBay I was checking one out and liked so I bought it outright.

Looking for any tweaking tips or such out there for this phone.So far I really like it.

I suggest you get a good case, the chrome on the back will scratch very easily.

Also if you use Bluetooth, sometimes its not turned on by default to get your text messages read to you. You can check by going to setting > Speech > Read aloud incoming Text messages. Make sure it shows Bluetooth. Helps when you are driving.

If the purple tinge on low bothers you, you can go into screen brightness and turn it off, and set it to medium and that will go away.

Another thing that can help is to go into the settings, and then look at background tasks. If you have things running you don't want in the background then shut them off, might save you a little battery life.

Don't be afraid to experiment, a lot of settings and features are accessed through long presses on something. So give it all a try.
