I picked up the Titan from a NYC ATT store Monday. According to documentation, the stereo headset is supposed to be included. The FM radio will not work without the headset as antenna.
Can one of the ATT moderaters tell me how I can get the missing headset?
TIA.
Ed.

Probably go back to the store and talk to the manager, but this is all I can find as to what is included in the box on any of the offical retailer sites

It is unfortunate. Talking about try to save money, no headset and user guide.
The previous two HTC phones I had came with the above and the carrying cases but not this one.
I think the next phone will come in parts only, assembly required. ![]()
Thanks for answering my message.
Ed.

The downloadable HTC Titan User Guide from the at&t website, which is obviously published for at&t, mentions the items that are included in the box, including a 3.5mm stereo headset. I didn't get this headset in the box that I received from an online order. The contents that are listed on the box do not include a mention of headsets. I typically use my Bose headsets to listen to music, but it would be nice to get the set that has a remote control built in (for those times they would be handy). The question is why did at&t decide to remove the HTC headsets form the contents after the User Guide was created?

Trust me, if you heard the quality of the typical HTC headset, you would completely give up complaining about them not being included, or trying to get a set. Sound quality is on par with the $2 ones they hand out on airplane flights (that probably cost 50 cents). The sound quality is so bad, that you probably would not even use them, even considering the mike and button features. Spending $15 dollars or so on a inexpensive pair of earbuds is a big upgrade from the HTC headsets, in terms of sound quality, much less the Bose headphones you have. I wouldn't consider myself an audiophile at all. But I know garbage when I hear it.
If you're still determined to get a pair of the HTC headsets, just get some off eBay for around $3 including shipping.
I think the same thing happened with AT&T released the Tilt2 (didn't include the HTC headsets)

The HTC TITAN manual I downloaded from HTC about 10 days ago says:
You will find the following inside the box:
- Phone
- Battery
- USB cable
- Power adapter
- Quick start guide
- Safety and regulatory guide
