ROTFL! oky, so thisi s pretty interesting....haha. ill tell my story, and you can take whatever you want from it.
I got the phone for christmas, and it was everything ive ever dreamed about...for about a week. haha. Then i got to about febrary, and it broke. i called up whatever line youre supposed to, and then sent me a new one...YAY!!! -- Right? not quite. about oh, a week ago, it started typing random numbers and letters when you left it alone, or whatever...youd try to type, and it would just do whatever it wanted. and so, i called again, and they sent me another one.
today, about oh, 3 hours ago, my touchscreen decided to die...and so i called.....again. and they said, "well you have to get a new phone...not the quickfire." and so im getting the Xenon. We'll see how that works out.

ok.so i bought my quickfire online not through at&t. therefore i have no warranty. however i am not at all happy with the "kinda recall" (as my local store calls it). My phone has recently died. i thought it was in the charger- bought a new one & nope. still doesn't work. can i get the exchange?
