I'm curious if anyone here can shed any light on this experience.
I noticed online I have a $10.85 credit on my account. I was curious what that credit was for so I did a live chat with an at&t rep. He told me the credit was for cancelling "Motorcity" on July 3rd. I have no clue what Motorcity is, nor am I aware of having cancelled subscription or service recently. The rep (who was obviously in another country) couldn't shed any further light on what that credit might be for. I'm not complaining about getting a credit but I'd like to know what it was for.
Any ideas out there?

Some company probably spammed your account and ATT did an accross the board credit to get rid of the company and any associated charges.

The thing is, though, that I never saw a charge from that vendor. Do you think I'm getting a credit for a charge I never incurred? If so, that may be a first here. ![]()
