I absolutely hate AT&T!!! You do not stand by your commitments! I was told that I would not be charged for the modem nor installation but these fees were charged to my account and because I WAS dumb enough to sign up for autopay, AT&T withdrew over $300 from my account instead of the ~70 that I was told I would be charged. Not only have I paid well over $2000 for wireless service and internet service for ONLY 3 MONTHS but this issue is still yet to be rectified and my cell phone is suspended as of today (5/23/12). For this terrible service and HIGH bill I can have Boost mobile or Cricket wireless and save $150. I have tried to be patient and listen to the CRAP that the incompetent reps have been telling me but this is ridiculous!!!!! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!! Sprint here I come!!! AT&T is horrible!!!!!

On the line with the Rep and she says that she cannot resolve my issue as it has been escalated...which I told her an hour ago!!!! What good is this chat nonsense if I still have to try and call in to fix the issue! Can I get a job at AT&T please so that I can get paid to screw people over!!!! I am sorry I am just a lowly teacher!
