I'm almost in tears I suspended my account cuz I'm out of the country they tell me I hv no record I me doing so nobody noted my account n I talked to sumone a month ago n she said everything was gd now the cancel my accont n sent finally bill att u are the worst company ever bunch of crooks that still from the poor u scam ppl n don't note their accounts hope ur company rotts

I'm not sure I understand what you're saying. Are you out of country and stopped paying your bills and your account got canceled for non payment?

When you suspend your account, you get a confirmation (and it shows up on att.com as suspended).
Do you remember getting a confirmation email?
How did you suspend your account (on the website, on the phone or in a store)?
Will you please send me a private message with your name, account number, phone number and the best time to contact you?
To send a private message, you can either click on the link in this message or click on the little blue envelope in the upper right hand corner, click "compose new message" and type my username in the "Send To" field.
