I'm confused about my bill
Can someone help
What is posted doesn't make sense on my bill and payment activity. I made a payment of $70 in May and it's only showing on my bill as the last payment made in Aprinl.
I have been trying to get ride of line ****** for a few months and it keeps showing up on my bill and I'm being charged. I've have spoke with a few customer service reps and they have insured that the problem is taken care of. I need someone to help Thanks

I'm also still being charged for ****** and the line in no longer active. I cut the services on ********--I have been trying to disconnect this line since -March or April - I think - ya'll have a log of when I've called - it was told to me lst month when I called I just don't have the information infront of me.
