I went to the dealership the other day to get myself a new car, and was through the majority of the process, but couldn't get it because of something different on my credit check. I was told that I had an AT&T wireless bill in collection's status. I have a printed version of this, and it says it's been that way for a year. I haven't been contacted about it, even though it has my correct address. I made sure it was paid. Today I went to an AT&T store to see if they could check on my bill, and it seems I don't even exist in your records. The bill has been paid, my login doesn't work on the att wireless site, but I'm still getting billed for another big chunk of money. I would like help in getting this straightened out.

Send a Private message to Jamileh from ATT. http://forums.wireless.att.com/t5/user/viewprofile
Tomorrow is the 4th so she may not get back to you until Thursday if she is not online tonight. ATT in general will not provide support involving persoanl matters in the open forums but a PM to her will get someone to look into this.
