I started service with AT&T February 2012. I have paid my bill on time and never had a issue till June. June 18 I noticed my microcell wasn't working so I called customer care. After 5 hours on phone with teir 2 tech we came up with nothing. I was given a discount of $10 from account services and $20 from account relations for a total of $30 off my bill till the problem was fixed. Well June 26 @ 3am my phone is turned off. At 913am I call AT&T and my account cant be verified. Long story short my account was terminated and no one can tell me why. I had to go to corporate store pay $90.92 for restorable charge. After a hour at store I was told my number was givin out to new customer and only way to turn my account back on is to get new number. So I said fine. Well I got new number. And store gave me a iPhone for free. Well June 28 I get a text from AT&T my bill is $605. I called. They charged me a early termination fee for not activating my old number. On top of charging me in 2 days when policy is 59 days. So after being told my number is available I got upset. So now I have 2 numbers and 2 phones. Well I got informed of a small business account discount AT&T offers. I applied was approved. I called and verified this. On July 7 I go to store and add a line. I got the discount of 20%. The next day my bill is high. They took off the discount charged it to my bill and told me I was denied for a business account cause AT&T has a old company named linked to the number i have. Now my bill is a total of $106 over and AT&T can't explain it. I called yesterday to ask about the charges and I was sent to a voicemail of some guy in new service activation. When did AT&T become allowed to turn off service when they want. Remove business accounts without contacting the a count holder and add charges to bills without contact with me. Anyone else have this problem.
