I was changed to paperless billing without my authorization. I never want paperless billing or auto-pay. Is there some way that AT&T can place that information in my account profile. When I checked it said my account was changed at 4:00am to paperless, as if I just woke up in the middle of the night and went on the internet to make that change.

You can call them and have them notate your account and take you off paperless and set you up on paper only billing. It sounds like it was system generated though. Most of the time people will be set up for both paper and paperless.
