I tried to use the "email us" link but every time i verify who I am the next page tells me that my session has timed out. Now I just want to send a regular email though my own account but of course their email is nowhere to be found. Can you help me?

I works for me. What browser are you using? Is it up to date along with JAVA?
Try clearing your browser cache.
Try a different browser.

I am getting the same error. I was using Internet Explorer, so I tried Firefox, same thing happened. I've tried everything I can think of, but no luck.

A couple of days ago, I had that happen for anything I tried to do with MyWireless. I just removed all of my *.att.com cookies, logged in again, and had no further issues.
