Every month I get $2 charges on at least 3 of the 5 lines on my plan. We do not have smart phones and do not currently use anything for data. I would assume these charges are due to accidental access of the internet which is immediately turned off when we realize it so the total access time may be seconds. I have called customer service to be told that we can only have the charges taken off the bill 1x/line. Anyone else experiencing this issue? ATT must make millions off of users like us who don't subscribe to data plans. Seems like a ploy to get everyone to smartphones and bigger charges.

I'm finding this, too. Changes from phone to phone so I think maybe it's a few more bucks in ATT's pocket nd out of mine. Where did honesty go? The world as I knew it is no longer available! lol
