Exceeding Msg Charges while Having Unlimited

Hi,

I have unlimited text msg plan after upgrading my phone a few weeks ago. I literally just started texting last nite and I admit I am a heavy texter. After numerous msgs sent and received, I receive a txt message from at&t that I have "$20 exceeded in messaging charges." Is this normal?

When txting 101 it says that my current balance is $0 with the bill being paid 4/7. I am wondering if this shows any current charges?

Any time you make changes mid cycle, the charges don't show correctly until the next billing cycle.
It is a known problem. You should be OK since you upgraded to unlimited.
