False billing for service I DO NOT HAVE!!!

I made the mistake of getting wireless service from AT&T for 8 whole days before I canceled..This was on Dec 27 2011..Since then, I have been on the phone 46 times, YES 46 times and talked to 34 different people in 8 different departments to tell them I am being billed for service (wireless) I don't have.. They say they clear it up and then the next month I am sent more bills for this service..I was due a refunfd of 254.00 but instead of the money, I have been getting fraudulent wireless bills that seem to act like I still have service and they just suck up my refund and put it towards this ghost bill.. I have NO PHONE now and I cant call anymore..getting things done on the internet through them is impossible!!! I have filed a complaint with the FCC and NFIC but we'll see what that does if anything... ATT: GET ME OFF OF THIS GHOST ACCOUNT!! I only have DSL @ 38.00 a month... GET IT!!!!! I am SICK to death of the days off of work and interuptions to my DSL over a fake bill/service you are putting on me.. I can only call somany times..46 times is {word filter evasion}!!!!! Disqusted with this company....

Unfortunately, this is not the end. Since they can...they will. I too thought I should give them another chance after many years with their competitor.
A company like this one, will continue to play with you until you give up. They have no reason to honor anything they say because their is no one holding them accountable. The only way to eliminate crooked companies like AT&T is to bankrupt them. Tell everyone you can about this. Everyone. I just got off the phone with courteous and polite thieves.
They even gave me a P.O. Box to MAIL my complaint. HAHAHAHHAHA
Disgusting, petty thieves steal $20 from poor folk that don't read their bill in detail every month. Multiply that by 2 million poor folk...and you get a profitable AT&T.

Wow, I'm sorry that you continue to be billed for a service you no longer have. Will you please send me a private message with your name, account number, phone number and the best time to contact you? Let's get this taken care of once and for all.

@davcal - Can you help me understand what's happening with your bill? Are you being billed for services you didn't order?
