Mollica from social media,cut me off never listen to the issue she was suppose to help resolve including being demeaning, it seems being a customer does not matter because you have millions. I hope writing this to you and on facebook will reduce that amount. It even took her multiple times to contact me despite the fact I gave her my exact schedule she still would call outside the times given. It seems she was interested in resolving anything only shuttinf me out by making me feel stupid which will not happen. By AT&T, I hope the other reps whom for the past 3years whom have been nice don't get in trouble but mollica you need a new profession and I have had no contract with AT&T for two because I love them so much.
