Is There any way to contact AT&T by email? Phone 611 not working plus Billing Issues?

Is there anyway to send a email to att, 611 not working on my phone, no home phone to call the 1800 number, nearest phone is a very long
way from my location for the next few days,  in addition I have billing questions that are not located in help information. Spent over an hour reading and searching info.

From searching, I assume they don't except emails at all?

Could someone confirm,        and or tell me too bad, I will just have to wait till I get to a phone...   at least I will quit searching info.

You have to log into your Online Account Manager (OLAM) and there should be an email contact link..

How is 611 not working on your phone? Is your service disconnected?  Are you out of the country?  No signal?

Thanks for reply, however there is no such link available after logging in account, checked every link available no email contact links,

It says you can then when I get there I get automatic return of F&Q,  where I am there is no signal not out of country but definitely country.

If you can find a email link, buy you lunch..kidding,  .

Thanks all, If I could get to phone to 1-800 I would at least not for a few days, try 62 miles, what do they call it? bfe,,,,, A bfe vacation for sure, wanted to try to resolve before return. I thought I could at least email, 

Did anyone find a email link?  Really all catagories I found no such thing, if I missed it, I'm almost sure I didn't. 

I can wait, but it would be nice to know if there is such thing, email contact address somewhere?

They would be the first ever company I know that doesn't have one.
