Hi i just ported my number back to Att and to my suprise my bill came in 2 days later Bill is due aug 12 and i do not get paid till the 17th. They will not let me change my due date or make a payment arrangement which is unfair. There is no way I can see paying before 8/17. if payment is 5 days late will they disconnet me? Anyone speak from experience? I read online that making an online scheduled payment past the due date will auto set up a pay plan but will not let you do so on first bill. makes me mad for there is no way for me to mysteriously know a billing cycle before applying for the phone/service

What day is the last day of the bill cycle? That would be the day you have to pay by. Although, expect a collection call on your due date.

Yes. AT&T is actually kind enough to allow us a 5 day grace period I believe. It may even be up to 10 days, but there is definitely a grace period. No need to worry! You can actually confirm this by calling customer care at 611 from your phone.

I was reading some forum posts where people were disconnected on the 3rd day?
