I've posted my vent thread on another forum, but I'm seriously trying to get help here. Is there a moderator who I can send a PM to about a billing problem I have. Thanks.

Are you Kidding me?? It's been 48+hrs and still no response to help from a moderator? Apparently this was just interesting enough to get moved, but not enough for a moderator to come on and ask me my problem or send me a PM.
You know what, good riddance you {word filter evasion} company of the year!

The moderators here that move posts around are not AT&T employees and can't help us customers. You want one of the managers like jamileh, so send her a PM. FWIW, I see you posted this on a Saturday and I'm pretty sure they don't work weekends. Thats prob why you havent got an answer yet.
