Need a phone # for someone higher up than a manager or that can actually help with billing!!

I canceled my service over a year ago, asked what my total bill was, lady said $16, Odd, but paid it and thought I was done. Month later got calls from a collection agency(NRS), owe 183.80, thought no way, but ended up paying that. A month after paying that, got a call from a different collection(SW Credit systems), saying i owe $111, said no I already paid and it's over with... Yeah right. Haven't heard anything more from them, until 7 months later, which was about 3 weeks ago. ANyways, I got a credit report and that SW credit systems is on there saying i owe Att $111. I have been nice, and tried talking to customer service. Made 13 calls now, and spent several hours on the phone, talked to 2 managers. THey all say they will follow up on it, but never do. When I paid the final amount, I got the Guys number, name, date, extension #, confirmation #, and a bank statement showing they took money from my account. NOW, ATT says no payment was received from them or collection agency and that I need to talk to collection to find out where my money went!!! SO, if anyone knows a phone number, that I can talk directly with someone intelligent at att, it would be very helpful. I have been very patient up to this point, but if something doesn't get resolved this weekend, Monday morning I'm ... turning them all in for fraud. AND, I want my $72.89 back that I overpaid, or I will turn AT&T in for collection...

K, 15 calls to them now. Today they say I had a $156 bill that has been paid and zeroed my balance, but the $111 is still a valid charge for my final bill on another account... Bull-what other account??? All I simply want to know is where my $183.80 went for supposable final bill, and where the $111 came from, and today saying that $156 was paid... SO basically, my bill for less than one month of service is $450.80, is what they are telling me. Makes no sense, total fraud! BUt they will take $50 off. Total crooks, if I owed that amount, knew about it, or what it was even for-I'd be glad to pay it...
