For around 2 weeks now i have not had a cell phone with AT&T, but think i have other wireless things with them, i got dissatisfied with them in the way they were doing me with my cell phone so went to another provider. I also did not like the way they did me when closing out the cell phone acct., but that is another subject that i will not get into now. I know my bill is up for payment but am unable to get into my account to see how much it is or view how they calculated my final cell phone acct. bill. That is just one(1) of the problems i had with them is they said i had to bundle my accts into 1 billing and tried for at least a month before giving up, and never getting the acct. bundeled, i sought help with customer support, they helped me get in for one(1) time but when i tried to get in again the web page would say i did not have an acct. with that information, thus could not assess the info. even though filling in correct information. So if anyone knows how i can access my acct. without all the errows or wrong information from them i would certainly appreciate it. Thank you for your time and trouble.
