So, my wife and I are looking to get a plan for two phones (iPhone 4) that comes to $130 / mo before taxes and fees. Rough estimate for someone in PA... about what does that come to after taxes/fees are applied?

taxes, fees and surcharges varie betwen your location. If you have current servce, look at your old bill to see what those surcharges are. The one main differece would be the individual data plans required for each iphone.

Wingrider is right - taxes and surchages are largely determined by your location.
