The tear off on the momthly state is too narrow for the envelope and results in the address not showing in the envelope window. I suggest make the tear off wider or furnish an envelope with address pre printed in stead of envelope with window. The way it is now if the tearoff shifts to the top the address will not show. This can result in none delivery or late delivery and a late payment.I reported this problem over three years ago but no one at ATT will correct. At present Do not have a Customer Service address on the monthly statement .Please help with this issue. Thanks

@jackbeene, thank you for your post. What service do you have with us? Can you send me a Private Message, (blue envelope, tip right) and I'll see if I can get this escalated to the right department? I can certainly understand your concerns over this issue.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

The tear-off on the statement is approximately 1/2 inch too narrow for the envelope furnish to mail back. This results in the address not showing in the envelope window if it is not inserted to the bottom of the envelope and/or if it shifts to the top of envelope during handling by USPS. . When this occurs it can result in non deliver or late deliver and a fee assessed to you customers.
Suggestions to correct:
1) Change location of tear off so it fills envelope and not shift in handling.
2) Switch to an envelope without a window but pre-print the billing address on the envelope.
3) smaller envelope but this might need approval fro USPS.
I hope you can resolve this continuing problem.

These are great suggestions Jack! Do you have wireless, U-verse or DSL with us? Can you tell me what address you mail your bill to? This information will help me in determining who can assist in getting this corrected.
Thanks a bunch!

My payment is mailed to PO BOX 105414, Atlanta , GA 30348-5414. I sent a letter on June 18th to Consumer Billing in Topeko , KS and it was returned as "not able to deliver" . I in turn sent the returned letter to Corporate Office in Dallas on June 25th and no one responded. I would prefer response via USPS instead of here because I seldom check here. Thanks
