Store doesn't believe me, Got No Contract Iphone 4 32gb for 549.00 on 5-9-11 but stuck in contract!

The store says its impossible I only paid 549.00 without upgrading and adding 2 year contract. Since contract with Apple doesn't allow it. Well maybe it was a pricing error? But the price was up there for more than a day, few weeks if I remember.  Even tho I suspected I might have issues down the road buying an iphone cheaper since they are never cheaper! So I took screenshots of the website. Showing I wasn't eligible for an upgrade on that line, and shows the prices and all say No Commitment. I got this phone on a line I don't use I immediately had it switched to my phone that I dropped, oops. Had the data plan dropped off the line I dont use that I upgraded. So since 5-9-11 it was simply 9.99$, then they say at some point I put the sim card in an iphone 3gs and data was re-added a few months after 5-9-11. An iphone 4 sim wont fit in a 3gs as far as I know? Also if you look up my account that line never has had one minute of  phone/data/text on it ever. So I've been getting charged for the data since this mysterious iphone 3gs event occured. The stores only answer was go purchase a dumb phone and then we will put in a sim and stop charging data. They can clearly see its never been used why bother? I should have never been charged in the first place. Try talking to customer service and they don't have a clue and can't view my printouts tell me to visit store. Store tells me to call 800 #... I have 4 lines on my account 3 that are grandfathered with unlimited data. I don't nearly use alot of data tho. I pay a little over $200/month with the overcharges to the line I dont ever use, 2 of my lines are out of contract completely. I'm thinking of switching to another carrier  $30/month per line for like 450 mins unlimited text/data of course data is prolly throttled or whatever like all carriers. That way $90/month Id cut my bill in half. Not to mention now that I'm working from home more rather than our various Corp. offices, dropped calls galore...  

So problems...

1. Being overcharged for almost a year for data that shouldnt be charged on a line thats not even used ever.

2. Being put in a contract on 5-9-11 on a no commitment paid for phone bought online through premier site.

3. Not sure about this one, but I find it odd the other line still in contract has the exact same upgrade and I assume end date as the 5-9-11 phone.

The screen printout said I would be eligible for Additional discounts on 9-14-11 You do not meet requirements for a discount right now but may purchase at full price blah blah. Not to mention I was never suppose to have any $36 fees, yet every time I got a phone I was charged except the 5-9-11 I only had $18 fee. Every time I was told it would be credited back but may take 2-3 cycles. Never have I received those fees back.  I would like to stay with AT&T, but if they can't get this stuff straightened out soon I'll take my business elsewhere.

Has anyone else had any experiences like this? ordering through premier at a discount rate no commitment but still getting stuck in a contract?
