According to your bill there is a past due amount of $65.93. I did not authorize this charge. I was on the phone for over an hour with one of your representatives explaining this. He said it would be removed. I send the complete payment minus the $65.93. This months bill show this amount to be past due. I have scheduled the complete payment minus the above mentioned $65.93. I REFUSE TO PAY ANY UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES TO MY BILL. This is my policy, which must be complied to in order to continue business with me. I am not intimidated by the power and size of AT&T. I have determined this message as appropriate for ME! Thank you.

Yeah Ok, what was the charge for? Past due means is was due at some point but you didn't pay it, so now it's past due. Everything you charged for is explains on your bill, what exactly is it for? You can't just refuse to pay it, you need to call customer care again and discus it.
