Be very careful when you bundle your AT&T packages they wont send you a bill for almost 4 months than hit you with a 1100.00 bill. I am furious with this if I would have known from the beginning I would have never bundled. This is obsured. Also when you call up a rep and change your plan sign on your account and make sure because they never changed my account correctly and I am being charged for long distance usage when I was suppose to have a different plan all together I am ready to cancel with AT&T it is just as bad a Verizon with the lies and misconceptions done !!!!!!

i'm sorry you've had such difficult billing issues.
Will you please send me a private message with your name, account number, phone number and the best time to contact you.
