What bill do I pay??

I have an amount due from last month that is past due, and my bill for this month is only a few days past due. My service has been suspended. What do I have to pay to get it cut back on? The amount that is due this month is only a few days past due, and still a couple weeks away from a suspension date. So do I just pay whats left from the last bill in June to get my serivce cut back on?? SOMEONE HELP!! I can't even call customer service to ask, and i have no land lines.

If I recall correctly the entire past due amount needs to be paid to bring the account current. The Customer Service number should work - I think it is *611
