I have a very terrible experience with ATT service. I transferred from ATT national plan to a ATT family plan last year. After I made the account change, I still had 839.33 dollars in my old account. From January to March this year, I have received three bills from ATT saying that they own me 839.33 dollars. From October last year till present, I have been to our regional ATT store four times to ask for my money back. Although every time they told I would receive my money after less than one month, however until now,almost half year has elapsed, I still can not receive any money from ATT. I want the money back. ATT should not tell a lie to its customer again and again.
