i opened a new line on my mother's wireless account last month. she paid the previous bill, but the most recent bill had a past due charge on it that wasn't explained on it at all. i paid it and i think it's regarding the new line, but i would like it broken down for me. i'm not sure if i should go to technical chat for this.

This is a peer to peer forum. No one officially from AT&T is going to be able to answer your question on here. Call customer care so that they can look directly at your bill and explain the charges. Have the bill with you when you call.
