transfering my unlimited data plan to a diffrent phone number?

is there a way to do that without losing the unlimited data plan? my aunt doesnt use it often and she was willingly going to give it to me but heres the catch she will give it to me only if she DOES NOT lose the data plan. i really want it and i want to know if there is a way to lets say transfer the data plan from her 'phone number' to my 'phone number' please help me out haha i hope the anwser is yes

I have tried before. Wanted to know if my mom and I could switch but they won't do it. It's not a matter of not being able to do it. They just don't want to do it. But if my mom wants to get an iphone she can transfer her unlimited data to another phone. Makes no sense.

No she can't unless her current unlimited data plan is for a non smartphone. That plan still exists
