Can we maybe create a new category or sub category for preorder / activation / customer service / etc. complaints, so that the flood of those doesn't drown out the folks coming to this forum looking for legitimate advice and assistance with their actual phones?

It's a bit out-of-control right now, I can no longer follow what's going-on-where; or maybe because I'm not that familiar with the Wireless forum?

Looks like too many people starting new posts for subjects already being discussed?

Thank you for your suggestion. The apple iPhone board will eventually cool down but for now we'll have to deal with all these threads in one location.
