Most phones will allow you to send and receive email. What price range are you looking at? Do you prefer a candy bar style phone, flip, bar style? Do you want it to have a camera feature? Is there a particular brand of a phone that you like? Please give us more details and we can try and tell you which ones will fit in that category. You can even shop online and it'll state on the phone's details/features whether you can email. Also, Phonescoop.com is a great place to get reviews from other customers on the phones.

I would like to add. If the phone is going to be used for a lot of emails and not jsut occasional ones then I would recomend a Blackberry or one of the WM devices that have a querty keyboard. Right now the best all around seems to be either the BB8310 (whihc needs a BB plan)or the panteck dual slider.
