What do I have to do to get a working phone? I made the mistake of engaging HTC instead of ATT regarding the fact I could not get more than the lowest bar, people could not hear me during phone calls because I broke up all the time and the volume was so low I sound like I am in a tunnel, the volume on my end at max volume can barely be heard and the phone froze up constantly. I was told, I could not use a shell because it obstructed the antena, the volume problem was a "known software issue" that the engineers were working on (still not resolved), I should just take my battery out to unfreeze the phone, and the connectivity issues must be my carriers service so I needed to call them. Unfortunately I was outside of my warranty when I finally called AT&T as the last straw was the keyboard disappearing after dialing out leaving me unable to input beyond initial numbers and/or hang up the call. I am now on my third phone of the same model and having most of the same issues along with new ones. The phone I just received dropped the first call I made, has worse connectivity the the previous ones. And I have been told the only option is to keep getting the same phone, only refurbished ones are sent as the replacements (hmmm I wonder if they were returned for the same reason). What is my recourse? I have never had a problem with AT&T before this but I have reached my breaking point with this issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
