Can anybody tell me WHY AT&T CUSTOMER SUPPORT isn't available 24/7-365 ?
The online support site sends me around in circles and gets me NOWHERE !
I'm trying to get my cell phone turned off because AT&T's cheap belt clip fell apart and the phone is LOST.
IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT AT&T because they have "business hours ! ! ! "
By the time "business hours" are open, anybody that finds my cell phone could run my cell phone bill sky high ! ! !
To say that I'm disillusioned with AT&T Customer Service would be an understatement.

If your phone is lost or has been stolen, suspend your wireless service to protect against unauthorized usage. Our system will then indicate that your phone is lost or stolen.
To suspend or reinstate service, you must be logged in to myAT&T. Don't have a myAT&T account yet? Register now.
- Log in to myAT&T.
- From the Suspend or Reactivate Your Service page select Suspend or Reactivatenext to the phone line for which you wish to change the service status.
- Select Confirm to suspend or reactivate your wireless service.
