Is absolutely awful. Took me forever to find a phone number online then once contacted I was transferred too many times and then put on hold. What ever happened to true customer service? Wishing we would have never switched over

did you happen to look in the contact list of your cell phone? Unless you deleted them there is normaly the whole gambit of contact numbers there for att cellular services

AT&T customer service is one area I've generally been happy with so I guess I've been lucky.
