ATT HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!! !!

I pre-ordered the new Iphone 4s on 10/7/11 @ 9 am and the woman who I talked and did the order said your Iphone will be in your home on Friday 10/14/11 and you don't need to worry about anything.......here I'm it's Friday and there is no phone no tracking number no nothing.......called the customer service 6 times and no one have any Idea whats going on every time they say "still in progress go check the status on line or call this phone number" i tried this 10000000000000 times and it keep saying no order found in your account SERIOUSLY GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I too have yet to hear ANYTHING about the phone I PREORDERED!!!!! I have tried calling att cust serv only to be told that I could not be connected. I have tried contacting via the website as well only to be told that the live chat is also unavailable. Preordering should eliminate these issues! That's why I preordered! WHERE IS MY PHONE!!!!!

I had the same experience! I was then told that I couldn't cancel my order over the phone and that I would need to do it in the store. Went to the store, they had the iphone 4s I wanted, but said that they could only cancel my order if I repaid for the phone that was in stock and that it would take 5-7 business days to receive a refund on the preorder. When I preordered, it was 9am last Friday, in the store because I couldn't get through on ATTs website, and the phone showed to be in stock. I have been getting the run around all week. Last night I was told that I should expect a 14-28 day delivery window from today. This is absurd!!!! I'm a stockholder, but not for long!!! I'm tired of getting messed over by this company! The last 5 months I've had to contact them to correct the problems they made with my cellphone plan and bill. Constantly charging me an extra $40-50 more a month than they should have.

Oh, and they were real quick to send me text messages and emails immediatly after my preorder asking me about my customer service experience and if I'd recommend people to AT&T! Why would I recommend anyone to this company!
