At&t Employee viewing my records without permisson?

I think an employee (and aquaintance) may be viewing my records without my permission. How do I verify this?

What type of employee? A retail rep?

ATT is *very* strict on their acct access policies..as they should be. If it is, in fact, in a corporate retail store (as opposed to authorized dealer) I would contact the mgr of the store. Every time an acct is accessed the users id code is recorded in the acct notes, as well as one of many reason codes put in by the rep.

Again, att takes privacy vry seriously..and you will prob hav your concerns addressed properly.

I just finished with rep. Was told that AT&T does not track each time an employee logs into my account - only tracked/logged if a change is made. That seems a strange lack of security for a telecom company!

That is true, att does record everytime a rep makes a change to the account but everything leaves a footprint somewhere...

If I was an att employee the last thing that would excite me would be to look at someone elses records.

This month mine would show usage of 1000 any mobile minutes, about 700 text and maybe 200 night and weekend minutes. Oh yeah zero balance since i just paid the bill.
