I have had a customer care associate change my plan with good intentions, thought it would save me money but did not. I called in and the lady back dated my plan to fix what the last associate did wrong on my account. Tell them that you want the original plan back, that a goofball messed up. Do not ruin your credit over a problem that can be solved.

highly doubt they will give the original plan back. they will try to sight some fine print tyhat was never in the original contract. Get a copy of contract for your records and drop. You will easily be able to get out of the later, but if you keep your olan they r most likely to milk you. Shop around you will probably find exactly what you want for a better price from another company.
